All your personal data is processed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Art. 6 § 1b GDPR).
We process and store personal data that you enter during your registration at the Thinstuff website (https://www.thinstuff.com/licensing/index.php?action=register) and also the data you enter after the registration in your Thinstuff account under “Edit account data” and more detailed in “Address book” and the data you transmit to us in your support requests.

Documentation- and communication data such as sales and support emails and manually uploaded software diagnostic files (see TSRP below) is used for support purposes and stored to ensure a smooth and coherent process for any follow-up requests and matters.

Thinstuff sro does not store any payment data such as credit card number etc.
These data are stored exclusively on the servers of our payment service providers Stripe and PayPal.
Thinstuff s.r.o. collects data when accessing our website. This data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of your request. Furthermore, we collect your browser type, operating system, ip address and your requesting provider.
This data is used for logging and for statistical usage without clear assignment to your person or the user, which means that no user profiles will be created based on this data.
This data is used solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining and optimizing the online presence and adjusting our product portfolio.

For support purposes you can manually upload a software diagnostics file, called TSRP.
We use this file to obtain configuration information about our products, to reproduce issues and to provide our customers fast and effective support in case of errors.
Basically, a TSRP file is a standard ZIP file containing following information:

Within Thinstuff s.r.o., only those employees have access to your data who need it for the fulfillment of our obligations to you.
Your personal data on invoices, bank statements or other payment reports is transmitted to commissioned processors for accounting purposes. We might also forward this data to payment providers if there are any issues or complaints with a payment or if our compliance with the associated duty must be proven.
Your email address and name may be passed to sales partners (Thinstuff distributors, resellers) as far as these are required to perform our contractual services. The distribution partners are obligated to treat your data confidentiality and to process it only within the scope of the service provision.
We might also forward your data for other reasons if it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, e.g. to a carrier for shipping test equipment or delivery of postal items.

Since most Thinstuff software licenses are perpetual licenses (without expiration), your personal data will be saved infinitely, resp. during the whole period of our business relationship. Your communications data (support requests) will be saved infinitely for documentation purposes.
You have the right to get free information at any time about your stored personal information from Thinstuff s.r.o.
The deletion of this data must also be granted, as far as it does not conflict with a statutory retention period. (e.g. storage of invoices for tax authorities)
Likewise, you have to right to correct your personal information, you are even obligated to keep this information up-to-date and to provide it within our business relationship, especially if it’s required by law. (For example, a valid VAT number for invoicing without VAT in the European Union).
You can revoke this agreement without giving reasons.
Revocation of your given consent has to be send to us by mail, e-mail or via fax to the contact data at the beginning of this document.
It is also your responsibility to keep the password for your Thinstuff account secure and to protect it from unauthorized access. In addition, we recommend a password length of 8 characters minimum consisting of the combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers and special characters, in random order.
Thinstuff s.r.o. commits itself to keep the access data safe and secure against unwanted access.
Thinstuff s.r.o. hereby ensures that the regulations and data protection laws are observed and the theft, manipulation, loss or destruction of personal data by unauthorized persons is prevented.
Complaints can also be sent to the respective data protection authority.
Thinstuff s.r.o. reserves the right to change this privacy policy and to adapt it to changes in legal situations, or if our services are changing.
